MyTi Ultra green Drink Packs Mighty Health Benefits
Sample this health drink for yourself during an event on Friday, July 26. Learn about its nutritional benefits, too.
When it comes to tea that packs a healthy punch, Mytecia Myles' MyTi (pronounced 'my-tea') Ultra Green Drink could be the undisputed champ of Detroit. But Myles insists you taste the drink firsthand.
And you can when Myles hosts a taste testing and discussion session at 4 p.m. on Friday, July 26 at City Wings in Detroit to formally introduce MyTi and its benefits to the public.
With wheat grass, green tea leaves, pure fruit juice and low glycemic sweetener, MyTi is loaded with phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals to make a healthy elixir Myles says has antiviral, antibacterial and antioxidant properties. The added wheat grass gives the drink a forest green hue that is rich in color and taste.
Myles developed the ingredients through trial and error while hoping to rebalance her body's health needs.
"I was having some health challenges. Those challenges caused me to look at what was going on inside my body," Myles says. "I was not thinking about creating a beverage. I was thinking about getting well."
Beyond the taste and health benefits, Myles stresses the importance of stopping your daily grind and enjoying the cold tea.
"You have to slow down and take a moment to enjoy it," says Myles. "This is an experience."
