Four Detroit firefighters recently received cooking lessons from celebrity chef Michael Mina at his restaurant, Saltwater, located inside MGM Grand Detroit. Mina taught the firefighters how to prepare healthy, flavorful food options, as well as preparation techniques to impress. See some of the recipes they learned!
