VINYASA: In this briskly paced class we transition from pose to pose through our inhales and exhales, but pause at times to truly experience the practice and assimilate benefits from specific asana (pose).
Beginners who consider themselves adventurous, and who enjoy a brisk pace and playful atmosphere are encouraged to attend. More experienced students are offered time and adjustments for their intermediate/advanced posturing (backbend, arm balances, etc). Expert modifications are offered for select poses. Class may include meditation and pranayama.
Come regularly to gain flexibility and build strength, while attaining mental focus and personal confidence - all while learning to love yourself unconditionally. Prior yoga experience is beneficial, but not required.
