THE VENUE

"We got married at the church I grew up attending, Living Word Ministries in Pontiac, and our reception was held at Mirage Elegant Banquet & Catering. The hall was very elegant, and the staff was amazing from the start and very professional."

THE DRESS

"I wore a Pronovias mermaid-style dress, which I purchased from Piera's Bridal Couture in Shelby Township. The gown featured illusion lace across the front and back."

THE RINGS

"My ring was white gold and featured a two-carat raised solitaire, and Brian wore a solid band with a brushed nickel design. We purchased them from Kay Jewelers."

THE FOOD

"We dined on a family-style spread. Our main dishes were lightly breaded chicken, roast beef, fettuccine alfredo and bowtie pasta in a white wine sauce. On the side, we offered sautéed green beans, house salad, cream of broccoli soup, potatoes in a white wine and garlic sauce, and garlic bread."
